Strength:  20 mins to find 1RM Push Jerk from the rack

WOD:  For time:

15 Weighted Burpees

30 Power Clean (115/75)
30 Push Jerk (115/75)
30 Front Squats (115/75)

Aim to do the WOD in the fewest sets possible.
